Cllr Eva Dowling

Cllr Eva Dowling serves as Leas Cathaoirleach and Green Party County Councillor for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council since May 2019, and holds positions as a member of the Transport and Economic Development and Enterprise Strategic Policy Committees. Additionally, Eva Dowling is an advisor to Minister Ossian Smyth at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, a board member of the Lord Edward Fitzgerald Memorial Fund at University College Dublin, and a board member at Stillorgan College of Further Education. Past roles include Parliamentary Assistant at the Houses of the Oireachtas, a member of the Executive Committee and Campaign Manager for the Green Party of Ireland, Director at Alice PR & Events, and Co-Founder of Scientists for Yes. Eva Dowling holds a Master of Science in Sociology from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Italian from University College Dublin, along with an Erasmus degree from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
