Rowena Dwyer currently serves at the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform as part of the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service (IGEES) since January 2023. Previously, Rowena Dwyer was the Manager of Sustainability and Climate at Enterprise Ireland from January 2022 to January 2023 and held the position of Manager for Policy & Government Relations at Enterprise Ireland from November 2017 to February 2022. Rowena Dwyer also worked as the Chief Economist at the Irish Farmers Association from 2008 to October 2017 and as a Manager in Strategy Advisory at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Rowena Dwyer gained experience as an Economist (ODI Fellow) at the Ministry of Education Ghana from 2004 to 2006. Rowena Dwyer holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Public Economics from the University of York, a Postgraduate Certificate in Financial Management from the Institute of Public Administration, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
