Pritesh Raj

Pritesh Raj is a legal professional currently serving as an Associate at DSK Legal in Delhi, since July 2024. Pritesh has extensive experience in editorial roles, being a Reviewer on the Editorial Boards of the Cambridge University Science and Policy Exchange, the Indian Law Institute, and Journal Press India. As a Core Member of CAN Foundation and a Convenor for the Centre for Excellence in Insolvency Law, Pritesh has also held multiple positions at the Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights at NUSRL Ranchi, including Principal Student Advisor and Managing Editor. Additionally, Pritesh has contributed as a Legal Researcher for Earth Refuge and held editorial roles with the Center for Child Rights. Pritesh holds a BA-LLB (Hons) from the National University of Study and Research in Law, along with a CSEET in Corporate Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
