Shaun Horner

Shaun Horner is currently a Senior Budget Analyst at the Government of Northwest Territories. Prior to this, Shaun was the Executive Director at Kitikmeot Community Futures Incorporated and held various finance and budget-related roles at different government organizations and educational institutions. Shaun also has experience in quality control, software testing, and non-destructive evaluation. Shaun holds a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technician - Non Destructive Evaluation from Durham College.
