Marcelle Moreira Tarr, MBA, M.Ed, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, community engagement, and public policy. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Performance at the Government of Saskatchewan's Ministry of Energy and Resources, Marcelle has held various roles in strategic planning, policy analysis, and community relations since 2018. Prior experience includes impactful positions at Vale, where responsibilities ranged from acting project manager to community investment specialist, contributing to significant projects and community initiatives. Marcelle's educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Regina and an MBA in Sustainable Business from Universidade Federal Fluminense, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
