Vernon Simmons

Vernon Simmons is a seasoned defense lobbyist at Cassidy & Associates, where since May 2005, expertise has been dedicated to advocating for defense policy, appropriations, and procurement stakeholders, facilitating federal funding, and addressing specific issues on Capitol Hill and with federal agencies. Prior to this role, Vernon served as an officer in the United States Air Force from July 1983 to June 2005, holding leadership positions in acquisition, financial management, and command across various levels of the Air Force. Vernon holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
