Anna Bianco is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading talent functions and strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Talent Director at GovCIO, Anna oversees talent acquisition processes, development programs, and diversity initiatives. Previously, Anna was a Recruiting Project Management Consultant and held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at BigBear.ai, where leadership of the talent acquisition team was essential to the company's growth.
