Karin N. Jones, JD, MBA, PMP, PROSCI, is a highly experienced program manager with a robust background in change management and organizational strategy. Currently serving at GovCIO since July 2020, Karin directs all phases of programs, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance. Previous roles include engagement manager and change management subject matter expert at FMP Consulting, where Karin worked with major federal clients, and managerial positions at Arc Aspicio and JPI, focusing on program implementation and strategic planning. Karin's consulting experience spans over a decade at KNJ Consulting and other notable organizations, enhancing expertise in change communications, risk management, and compliance. Academically, Karin holds a JD/MBA from Seattle University and a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
