Kent Tran

Kent Tran is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician II at GovCIO since August 2022 and as a contractor for the US Environmental Protection Agency since December 2020. Prior roles include Desktop Support Technician at ECS Federal, where support was provided to over 1,400 employees and involvement in various IT projects. Kent also worked as an IT Help Desk Coordinator at BrightView, where significant improvements were made to IT systems and processes, and as a Network Administrator at Cold Jet, offering troubleshooting support to over 250 global users.
