Krystal Martin

Krystal Martin is a highly experienced Senior User Experience Specialist with a robust background in user-centered design and accessibility. Current roles at GovCIO involve leading transformation initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on enhancing patient experiences. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior User Experience Designer and Accessibility Subject Matter Expert at IntelliBridge, where Krystal developed accessibility testing processes for the United States Department of Agriculture.
