Philip Adams

Philip Adams is an experienced System/Network Administrator, currently serving at GovCIO since March 2023, where responsibilities include providing SATCOM networking capabilities to the Air Force JWICS enterprise for rapid response support. Previously, Philip worked as a Global Field Service Engineer at Victor 42, A Belcan Company, from March 2021 to September 2022, supporting US and foreign partner elements in mission command and intelligence operations in Afghanistan and Jordan. Philip also served in the United States Marine Corps from March 2015 to March 2022 as an Intelligence Specialist, processing battlefield information to aid decision-making. Prior experience includes the role of Targeting Analyst at Victor 42 from October 2018 to March 2021. Philip's educational background includes studies at Sam Houston State University from 2014 to 2016, along with coursework at Blinn College.
