Randy Jones V4

Randy Jones ITIL v4 is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and technical management. Currently serving as the Remote Sites-Desktop Support Manager for GovCIO at the US EPA since July 2022, Randy previously held the position of Remote Sites-Service Technician Manager at ECS for the US EPA from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Randy worked for the US EPA as the ECS Team Lead for Email and Remote Sites from August 2009 to January 2020. Randy's earlier roles include a Technician at Dell, supporting a large-scale deployment for Ascension Healthcare, a Helpdesk Associate at Optioncare/Walgreens, and a Helpdesk position at Auto Inspection Services. Additionally, Randy served as the Electronic Prepress Manager at Progressive Printing, overseeing all prepress department functions. Randy completed education at New Horizons and attended Garden City High School.
