Melissa Hough

Melissa Hough has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melissa has held positions at companies such as Govini, where they served as Vice President of Strategic Learning and Development, and @OneRuleDance and CocoFitness LLC, where they worked as a Zumba Instructor. Melissa also gained experience at Dcode, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Strategic Learning and Senior Program Manager. Melissa has also worked at USAID, both in the Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) and as a Management & Communications Advisor. Additionally, Melissa has worked at Peace Corps, Special Counsel, Akcent International House Prague, and Williams & Connolly LLP.

Melissa Hough graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a BA degree in Psychology and English. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer™ certification from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in July 2022. Melissa also holds a CELTA Certification from AKCENT International House Prague. Melissa is also a certified Dance Fitness Instructor from Zumba.
