Angela Cox

Angela Cox has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Angela currently works at GovNet as the Head of Business Operations since April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Transformation Programme Manager at GovNet from November 2019 to March 2021.

Angela has experience as an IDAM Engagement & Delivery IT Project Manager at Atlas Identity from July 2018 to April 2019, where they worked on implementing Single Sign On across applications for Tesco Technology Security Programme.

Before that, Angela was a Senior Associate at itventure from August 2015 to November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Tuppence London Ltd as a Director & Business Solutions Architect from December 2011 to November 2018, where they built and delivered bespoke software solutions for clients in various industries.

Angela also has experience as a Senior Business Analyst at RBS from January 2018 to July 2018, where they worked on implementing a new Oracle PBCS solution for budgeting and forecasting processes. Angela was also a Senior Project Manager at Cassiopae from June 2017 to December 2017, where they implemented standardized IT delivery processes and migrated legacy clients to the Cassiopae platform.

In addition, Angela worked as a Senior Project Manager at GroupM from June 2016 to January 2017, where they delivered a bespoke Trading system for media trading budgets. Angela also worked at Transport for London as a Technical Assurance Project Manager/Workstream Lead from July 2014 to July 2016, ensuring technical designs met business requirements. Prior to that, Angela was a Project Manager & PMO at EVRYTHNG from March 2014 to June 2014, where they implemented project management and PMO governance structures.

Angela's earlier experience includes working as an IT Project Manager at Quercus Books from December 2012 to December 2013, where they supported the implementation of a new finance system.

Angela Cox earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Russian Studies from the University of Essex, attending from 1994 to 1998. Angela then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of London from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Angela attained certifications in Agile Project Management and Scrum Fundamentals from Udemy in September 2019.
