MICHELLE SPENCER, PMP

Michelle Spencer, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a career spanning over 17 years. MICHELLE currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Govplace since June 2022. Prior to this, Michelle worked at ASRC Federal as a PM, starting in November 2016.

From May 2018 to May 2022, Michelle served as a Program Manager at Alion Science and Technology. Before that, they worked at Foxhole Technology where they held the roles of Project Manager from August 2015 to November 2016, and Deputy Project Manager from January 2013 to August 2015.

Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer at General Dynamics from April 2010 to December 2012. MICHELLE managed test and evaluation liaisons, represented the Test and Evaluation Team during coordination meetings, and supervised employees on the team.

Michelle Spencer, PMP, holds a Master's Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from UMUC, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. MICHELLE also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kaplan College, which they received between 2001 and 2003. In addition, Michelle has a B.A. in Homeland Security from the American Military University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Although the exact years are not specified, Michelle likely attended East Pennsboro at some point, although no degrees or fields of study are provided. Furthermore, Michelle has obtained additional certifications, including one in Information Technology in 1990 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in April 2022 from the Project Management Institute.
