Zipora Am Bangguna

Zipora AM Bangguna is currently the Process Improvement & Admin Lead at GovTech Procurement where Zipora is responsible for preparing various documents for the Resolution Center department. Prior to this, Zipora was a Business Process Improvement at Zenius, handling logistics processes and supervising the warehouse team. Zipora also worked as an IELTS Officer at IALF Education for Development, focusing on IELTS remark process integration. At Home Credit Indonesia, Zipora served as an ALDI Operations & Improvement Specialist, leading POS acquisition process and handling day-to-day operations. Zipora has a Bachelor's degree from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana and has experience in project management and program administration.
