Heather Sherman

Heather Sherman began their professional career in 2016 as a Personal Assistant. Heather then joined Pacific Debt Inc. as a Client Care Financial Specialist, where they were quickly promoted to Senior Specialist. That same year, they also worked as a Student Library Assistant at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. In 2018, they joined Surinam Airways as an Accounting Assistant, where they were responsible for data entry and balancing daily accounts into Excel and Odoo, as well as accounts payable and receivable. In 2019, they worked as a Service Associate at American Cruise Lines, where they assisted passengers onboard and engaged in front line guest services. Currently, they are a Senior Staff Accountant at GovX, where they maintain and reconciles balance sheet and general ledger accounts, prepares financial reports and accounting statements, and aids with year-end audit.

Heather Sherman completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Biology from Miami Dade College between 2012 and 2014. Heather also holds certifications from ESET North America for Cyber Security Awareness Training obtained in 2021 and from the American Heart Association for CPR/First Aid.
