Jordy Young

Jordy Young is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of People, Culture & Organisational Development at Gow-Gates Insurance Brokers since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jordy held various positions at Steadfast Group Limited, APP Corporation Pty Ltd, First Sentier Investors, and Mastercard, where responsibilities included People & Culture Business Partner and HR Consultant roles. Jordy’s earlier career includes significant experience in the hospitality industry, serving as VVIP Cabin Crew for Dubai Airwing, and First Class Cabin Crew for Emirates Airline. Jordy holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Cambridge.
