Zachary Grimes has had a long and varied career in data science and analytics. Zachary started their career in 2010 as a Research Analyst at Current360. In 2013, they moved to Splash Analytics as a Data Analyst. In 2017, they joined Humana as a Data Scientist and was promoted to Senior Data Scientist. In 2019, they participated in the Stadia Ventures Sports Accelerator, competing against 200+ companies from 40+ countries to be accepted. During this time, they met and worked with dozens of brands, including Under Armour, Polaris, Amazon, Red Bull, NASCAR, Anheuser Busch, Gander Mountain, Academy Sports, New Balance, Dallas Cowboys, Topgolf, Learfield IMG, Fanatics, Tagboard, FLIR, Enterprise, Wines That Rock and more. In 2016, they co-founded GoWild, serving as President and Chief Analytics Officer. In 2020, they participated in the Endeavor Scale Up Accelerator.

Zachary Grimes has an education history that began in 2003 when they graduated from Charlestown Senior High School with an Indiana Academic Honor's Diploma. Zachary then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising (Research Concentration) from Ball State University in 2010. In 2015, Grimes completed their Master's Degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Additionally, they have obtained nine certifications since 2013, including Getting and Cleaning Data, Statistical Inference, R Programming, Data Scientist's Toolbox, Database Foundations, Computing For Data Analysis, Maps and the Geospatial Revolution, Data Analysis, and Intro to Data Science.
