Elizabeth Unkle

Elizabeth Unkle has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Elizabeth is currently the Vice President of HR Americas at GP Strategies Corporation, where they oversee global technology investments and contracts while managing talent strategy for the US, Canada, and Latin America. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Corporate HR Operations, leading a digital transformation and implementing new HR processes and policies worldwide. Elizabeth also has experience as the Director of Global Human Resources, where they developed and executed HR strategies for a multinational company. Elizabeth has held positions such as Senior Global Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager for Canadian Operations, and Senior Human Resources Consultant, where they provided guidance and support in talent management, performance development, employee relations, and other HR practices. Elizabeth began their HR career as a Human Resources Consultant at CSC.

Elizabeth Unkle, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the same institution. Additionally, they have pursued International Business studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Elizabeth has obtained several certifications including the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in 2014. Elizabeth also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute obtained in 2004. Elizabeth has further completed a Coaching Certification through the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and an Inclusive Workplace Specialty Credential from SHRM.
