Julie Lynch has extensive work experience, starting in 1986 as a Claims Technician at Minster Insurance (now Groupams). Julie then worked as an Underwriting and Claims Assistant at Secretan at Lloyd's, followed by a role as a Claims Supervisor and Broker at Alexander Howden (now Aon).
In 1995, Julie joined the London Processing Centre as the Head of Customer Service, Marketing, and PR. Julie held this position for six years and was responsible for managing customer relationships and raising the brand reputation of the company.
Julie then joined Xchanging in 2001, where they held multiple roles, including Group Head of Service and Executive Director. Julie was responsible for managing large customer communities, developing consistent methodologies, and aligning the company with the customer's overall strategy.
In 2015, Julie joined PDT Global as the Director of Global Inclusion. Julie was responsible for delivering award-winning development and training solutions and providing a range of services to clients around the world.
Most recently, in 2023, Julie joined GP Strategies Corporation as the Director of Global Inclusion in the DE&I Division.
Julie Lynch attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2008, where they completed the Executive Management Programme with a focus on Organizational Leadership. In 1998 and 1999, they pursued a NVQ Level 5 in Business Management at NVQ. Earlier, in 1985 and 1986, Julie Lynch studied French German and English at Queen Mary University of London. Their education started at Boston Girls High School, where they completed their high school education between 1978 and 1985.
