Our Engineering Team is seeking an experienced Analog Design Engineer to design complex mixed-signal circuits and analog circuits for very low noise TIAs, LDOs, ADCs, PLLs for novel SiP (System in Package) optoelectronic designs. We are seeking motivated Hardware Design Engineer to lead development of our next-generation photonics solutions.
This full-time, exempt position will report to the Engineering Management and will be located full time at our Salem, NH facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Detailed electrical analysis and design for low noise photodiode(s) embedded systems.
Analog and digital hardware design, development, and testing of such circuits.
Schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout/oversight.
Periodically reporting on design results through design reviews, in accordance with company quality requirements and resolves action items generated as a result of these reviews.
Efficient collaboration with customers, project team, and GPD management.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Motivated self-starter with great interpersonal skills and presentation capability.
Outstanding low noise electrical systems technical capability (design and test).
Demonstrated ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor.
EDUCATION, REQUIREMENTS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of MSEE with significant electrical design and project experience
7+ years overall experience in low noise and mixed-signal electronic design
Experience with miniature opto-electronic packaging and design using bare die or chip-scale packages.
Advanced signal analysis and processing knowledge
Advanced knowledge of circuit building blocks (e.g., TIAs, OP Amps, higher order analog filters, switching capacitors, ADC, DAC, state-machines, and bus interfaces)
Ability to understand and influence packaging design constraints and requirements for custom designs.
