Chaz Arnfield has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Chaz began their career at J.M. Verostko Engineering in 1997, where they worked as a Mechanical CAD Technician until 1999. In 1999, Chaz joined GPD Group as an Electrical Designer and gradually progressed in their roles within the company. From 2013 to their present role, Chaz served as the Electrical Department Head, leading a team to support internal practices and outside accounts. Chaz collaborated with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure customer demands were met and maintained positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and teaming partners. In June 2022, Chaz was promoted to the position of Director of Electrical Engineering at GPD Group, where they continue to lead the electrical team while focusing on new client development and supporting existing client relationships. Chaz Arnfield, LC, LEED AP obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Chaz Arnfield obtained the LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction certification from USGBC in 2008. Chaz also acquired the Lighting Certification from NCQLP in the same year. Furthermore, in 2005, they became ODOT Highway Lighting Certified by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
