Micaela Zimmer

Micaela Zimmer, MPA, currently serves as the Culture Director at GQR, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Micaela was the Culture and Talent Development Director at Uniti Med Partners from January 2022 to November 2024. Micaela's earlier experience includes working as Employee Engagement Manager and Benefits Coordinator at Fusion Medical Staffing from August 2014 to September 2021. Micaela also dedicated over a decade to Boys Town in various roles, including Foster Care Placement Coordinator, Foster Care Consultant, Event and Activities Coordinator, and Assistant Family Teacher. Other notable positions include Radio Personality at Powell Broadcasting and Lead Counselor at Crittenton Center Children's Shelter. Micaela holds a Master of Public Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Wayne State College.
