Lye Sam Tho

Lye Sam Tho is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Lye Sam Tho serves as the Head of People Business Partner and Head of People Services at Grab, a position held since 2016. Prior to this, Lye Sam Tho was the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Region at Fast Retailing from 2013 to 2016. Lye Sam Tho also held the position of HR Director for both ASEAN and Singapore at IBM between 2006 and 2013. Lye Sam Tho holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master's degree in Counseling from Swinburne University of Technology.
