Phuong's experience also includes working as an Associate Manager for Talent Acquisition at ZALORA Group and as an Associate Consultant at RGF Executive Search Japan, enhancing expertise in talent sourcing and industry knowledge. Earlier in the career, Phuong worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Development Executive at 40HRS CO., LTD, cultivating skills in sales and market research. Phuong holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Vietnam Agriculture and Forestry University - HCMC.
