Brianna Bruster has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to present. Brianna started their career at Chick-fil-A Corporate, where they worked as a member of the Leadership Team. In 2018, they joined Alorica as a Social Media Support Specialist, utilizing their strong communication skills and ability to remain composed and objective. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott, ensuring the comfort of guests and preparing reports for management. Currently, Brianna is employed at Grace Hill as a Customer Support Team Lead, where they demonstrate excellent communication skills and provides technical issue resolution services to clients. Brianna also mentors and trains Customer Support agents while monitoring team performance metrics. Prior to these roles, Brianna gained experience working as a Cashier at Zaxby's Inc., where they provided fast and friendly customer service.

Brianna Bruster completed their high school education from 2009 to 2013 at Greenville Senior High School. Brianna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Family & Consumer Science/Child Development from South Carolina State University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2020.
