Deborah Sagstetter

Deborah Sagstetter currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Shutterfly, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Deborah held the title of Senior Director for Total Rewards at Medtronic from 2016 onward. Deborah's experience also includes serving as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at the University of St. Thomas from 2012 to 2016 and holding positions at Thomson Reuters as Vice President of Compensation and Director of Compensation between 2005 and 2012. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
