Janet Ruchotzke

Janet Ruchotzke, CCP, PHR, is a seasoned Compensation professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Graco since March 2023, Janet specializes in market pricing, job leveling, executive compensation, and the administration of stock and corporate bonus programs. Prior to this position, Janet held multiple roles at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from February 2011 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading operations for compensation systems, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing risk and compliance activities. Additional experience includes project coordination at Salo LLC, an HR Specialist role at MoneyGram International, and a Process Coordinator position at Northwest Airlines. Janet holds a double BBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
