Natalie Ruotsinoja Durk

Natalie Ruotsinoja Durk currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Graco since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Compensation & Executive Rewards and Director of Compensation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from March 2021 to January 2024, and Director of Total Rewards at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from November 2017 to March 2021. Previously, Natalie held the position of Director of Compensation at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and served in various capacities, including Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Consultant within the Carlson organization from 2012 to 2016. Early career experience includes roles at Target and Fidelity Investments, focusing on international compensation and consulting services. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Harp Performance from the University of Michigan.
