Randy Filek

Randy Filek has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Randy started their career at Katun Corporation in 1985, where they held the position of Product Manager/Inventory Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing new products, managing the supply chain, and maintaining inventory values and order fulfillment levels.

Randy then joined Starkey Hearing Technologies in 1996 as a Buyer Planner and later got promoted to Manager of Purchasing and Planning. Randy was accountable for managing $3 million worth of inventory and led efforts to reduce costs, improve processes, and expand planning and purchasing systems. Randy supervised and trained a team of six inventory planners and buyers.

In 2008, Randy became the Manager of Business Analysis at Starkey. In this role, they had overall management and accountability for $25 million of inventory across different operations. Randy focused on reducing costs, improving processes, and expanding planning/purchasing systems.

In 2011, Randy joined Graco as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst, where they supported the R12 E-Business Suite applications with an emphasis on Purchasing and iProcurement modules. Randy later became the Senior Business Analyst Team Lead, overseeing the maintenance and development of Oracle functionality across all procure to pay and manufacturing applications. Randy also trained, coached, and mentored team members and advanced users/subject matter experts.
