Michelle Constante

Michelle Constante is a seasoned design professional with a focus on product design and user experience. As the Founding Designer at Gradient Labs since January 2025, Michelle brings extensive expertise from previous roles, including Staff Product Designer at Isometric, where key contributions included significantly reducing carbon credit issuance time and redesigning the marketing website. Prior experience as Group Design Manager at Intercom involved leadership and product strategy across multiple design teams, while tenure as Head of Design at beryl.cc involved building a full-stack micromobility platform. Academic qualifications include a degree in Human–Computer Interaction for AI Systems Design from the University of Cambridge and a Master's in International Design and Communication from the University of Warwick.
