Jared Weston

Jared Weston is currently the President at Handshake America, where Jared helps connect student-athletes with successful individuals to translate lessons from the field to success in life. Prior to this, Jared served as the Vice President of Strategic Development at GradLeaders and a Certified Talent Optimizer at IN2GREAT. With a background in sports properties management and business development, Jared has a wealth of experience in enhancing productivity, developing high-performing teams, and fostering university-wide partnerships. Jared has also held positions at McDaniel College and the University of Toledo Athletic Department. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Liberal Studies from The University of Toledo.
