Lauren A. Easterling

Lauren A. Easterling, PhD, serves as the President of the Graduate Career Consortium and previously held the role of President Elect. At Indiana University School of Medicine since November 2015, Lauren is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy, Cell Biology, and Physiology and the Director of Trainee Services, focusing on curriculum development and professional growth for predoc and postdoc trainees. Lauren has also served as the Interim Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, overseeing daily operations and fostering postdoctoral advocacy. Lauren held the position of Chair for the IUPUI LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Council and has experience as an Associate Faculty member at the Indiana University School of Education - IUPUI. Earlier roles include Instructional Technology Consultant at IUPUI and Lead Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington. Lauren's educational background includes a PhD in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, an MDiv from Trinity International University, and a BS in Education with a focus on Mathematics from Kent State University.
