Phil Meegan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phil began their career at Coca Cola Bottlers in 2008 as a Sales Merchandiser. After a year, they joined Vodafone Ireland as a Customer Service Representative and stayed with the company until 2011. In 2011, Phil joined eBay where they held various roles including TCC/Fitment and Performance Coach. Phil then worked as a Team Lead in Top Customer Care at eBay from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Convergys as a Team Lead for a short period before transitioning to Graebel Companies, Inc. In Graebel, they held multiple roles starting as an International Assignment Consultant and later progressing to a Senior International Assignment Consultant. In 2019, Phil became an Operations Supervisor and in 2021, they were promoted to Operations Manager, where their current role is ongoing.

Phil Meegan began their education in 1998 at Scoil Ui Mhuire in Dunleer, where they pursued their Junior and Leaving Certificate until 2004. After completing their secondary education, Phil attended DkIT in Dundalk from 2004 to 2007, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Phil successfully obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from DkIT.
