Currently serving as President & CEO of Graf Metallic Of America, LLC since December 2014, Jan focuses on enhancing business growth through superior product performance and customer service. Prior experience includes positions as Executive VP at Felters of SC, LLC and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at The Felters Group, where Jan successfully reorganized sales and marketing efforts to achieve significant growth. Jan's earlier roles in engineering management emphasized a customer-centric approach and continuous improvement, utilizing methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
