Eric Flores

Eric Flores is currently the Recruitment Coordinator at Grafana Labs. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Advisor at CloserIQ from April 2021 to January 2022. There, they worked closely with SaaS sales professionals to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth tech companies in our network. Eric also continuously grew and maintained a robust candidate pipeline using social channels and our proprietary recruiting tools. Eric constantly worked to develop and maintain a mastery of industry knowledge and trends by staying up to date with the latest startup news, sales strategies, and career development best practices.

Before working at CloserIQ, Eric was a Manager/HR at Chick-fil-A Restaurants from March 2019 to January 2021. As a manager at Chick-fil-A, they ensured superior customer care, monitored customer satisfaction and resolved customer issues. Administrative responsibilities included maintaining inventory levels, preparing payroll, initiating marketing strategies, and driving store sales. Some HR/recruiting duties Eric assisted in consisted of sourcing talent, interviewing job applicants, as well as train & onboarding new hires. Eric strived to create a wholesome and dedicated environment for the team, which contributed to the motivation present to ensure customer satisfaction.
