Jia Xu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and cloud architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Grafana Labs since September 2023, previous roles include Founding Engineer at Asserts.ai and Principal Engineer at Cisco. At AppDynamics, Jia Xu led a team of over 40 engineers in cloud operations, significantly impacting architecture decisions and developing advanced systems for metrics aggregation and event streaming. Notable contributions also include experience at Tealeaf Technology, where Jia Xu enhanced data architecture for web user behavior analysis, and at MicroStrategy, focusing on multi-dimensional data analysis.
