Margot Phelps

Margot Phelps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Programme Manager at Grafana Labs since January 2023, Margot previously held key roles at Oracle, including Principal Technical Program Manager and Manager of Project Management, leading teams to deliver engineering initiatives for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Edge Services. Margot co-founded Ancient Fire Mead & Cider, LLC, and has also held various positions in organizations such as Amadeus Hospitality Services, Dyn, St. Mary's Bank, Northeast Delta Dental, and The Practice of Dr. Kambiz Moin. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from Plymouth State University.
