Victor Reis

Victor Reis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victor currently serves as the Head of Finance at Grafeno since May 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as People Compensation and Succession Committee Chairman and Audit Committee Member at Correios e Telégrafos starting from October 2021. Victor was also an Audit Committee Member at INB since June 2022. Victor worked as a Partner at Simplytax Consultoria Empresarial from September 2020. Victor also served as a Business Mentor - Finance at Distrito from June 2021 to December 2022. Additionally, they held the position of BR Country Leader | Head of Accounting for Latin America at Rahi from April 2021 to June 2022. In their earlier career, Victor worked at NuVasive as Leader, Finance LATAM and Finance Manager Brazil from December 2018 to April 2021 and from June 2016 to December 2018, respectively. Victor was the Accounting and Finance Lead at BW Offshore from June 2014 to June 2016. Victor also worked as an Accounting Specialist at Vale from August 2010 to June 2014 and as an Accounting Consultant at Rede Globo from April 2009 to August 2010.

Victor Reis holds a Master's degree in Controladora e Finanças from Fucape Business School. Victor also has completed an Extension program in International Accounting from AICPA and a Post-Graduation in Controladoria e Auditoria from AVM. Victor earned their Bachelor's degree in Contabilidade from Faculdade Moraes Júnior - Mackenzie Rio. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Governance for Start-ups and Governance for Estatais from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, and a Mentor for Startups certification from Distrito. Victor is also certified as a Conselheiro Fiscal IBGC (CCF IBGC) from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa.
