Chet Brandon

Chet Brandon, CSP, CHMM has over 20 years of experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS). Chet is currently the Corporate Director of Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability at GrafTech International, where they oversee EHS functions for the company's operations worldwide. Chet also has experience in leadership roles at Special Metals, ATI Worksite Solutions, Beechcraft, O-I, Honeywell Aerospace, Hendrickson International, and Elkem. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading sustainability initiatives, and developing safety protocols. Chet has a proven track record of improving safety performance and achieving industry certifications such as OSHA Voluntary Protection Program and EPA National Environmental Performance Track.

Chet Brandon, CSP, CHMM holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics from Marshall University. Chet also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Safety Technology and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Marshall University. In addition to their education, Chet has obtained several certifications including Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Managers. Chet also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Private Pilot (Instrument) from Honeywell and the FAA, respectively.
