Elaine Wolff

Elaine Wolff is currently the Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Graham Holdings. Prior to their current position, Ms. Wolff was a partner at Jenner & Block from January 2008 to March 2015. Before Jenner & Block, Ms. Wolff was the Branch Chief at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from July 1997 to November 2007.

They work with Denise Demeter - Vice President Chief Human Resources Officer, Pinkie Dent Mayfield - Vice President Corporate Affairs & Chief Communications Officer, and Jake Maas - Senior Vice President – Planning and Development. Elaine Wolff reports to Timothy J. O’Shaughnessy, President & CEO.
