Nicole M. Maddrey

Nicole M. Maddrey is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Graham Holdings. Nicole was previously Special Counsel in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from September 1996 to November 2001. Prior to that, they were a Corporate Associate at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. from September 1992 to June 1996.

Nicole Maddrey has a Doctor of Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
