Maia has a proven track record of successfully collaborating with agencies, brands, and influencers across multiple offices. As a mentor, they provide guidance and support to new talent managers. Prior to their current role at Grail Talent, Maia worked as an influencer talent manager, where they focused on brand outreach and campaign execution. Maia has also worked as an influencer brand marketing manager and strategist at Maia Elise LLC, where they developed innovative strategies to engage target audiences and maximize brand visibility. In addition, they have experience as an influencer talent manager at Shine Talent Group, managing diverse social media influencers and executing successful marketing campaigns. Earlier in their career, Maia worked as a social media manager intern and influencer talent coordinator intern, gaining valuable experience in developing social media strategies and conducting market research. Maia has also worked in public relations and communication at Qorvis Communications, assisting in the implementation of communication strategies and drafting marketing materials. Maia's early experience includes internships as a social media manager and content writer at Girlfriends In The Burbs. Maia began their career as a supervising sales associate and key holder at Lucky Brand and later worked as a catering and event coordinator at R&R Catering.

Maia Perry obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from George Mason University, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained a BLS and First Aid Certification from the American Red Cross.
