Anirban Nandi

Anirban Nandi started their work experience in 2013 as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, where they focused on nonlinear and linear dynamical systems and conducted research on data-driven model inference and novel control system design in biocircuits.

In 2018, Anirban joined the Allen Institute for Brain Science as a Scientist, where they introduced a configurable, automated optimization framework for fitting single neuron models at scale. Anirban achieved significant improvements in compute time and deployed this framework across HPC clusters and AWS.
