Senior Product Marketing Manager, Patient Marketing at GRAIL

Francisco Gaete has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2003, they participated in the Work and Travel Program at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

In 2007, Francisco worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Cerveceria Chile - Anheuser-Busch InBev for a brief period.

From 2008 to 2010, they held two roles at BNamericas, starting as a Customer Success Manager and later becoming the 1st HR Generalist. In the latter position, they focused on talent discovery and development, creating tailored HR policies for the international sales team.

In 2010, Francisco joined Philips as a Marketing Manager for Avent & Sonicare brands. Francisco oversaw the commercial launch of Sonicare in Chile, developing the country's high-end oral care market. Francisco also conducted competitive analysis, managed trade marketing initiatives, and executed multinational marketing communication campaigns.

During their time at Philips, Francisco gradually took on more senior roles. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Regional Marketing Manager for Norelco & Sonicare, executing marketing plans for Latin American markets and achieving 8% year-on-year growth. Francisco also received the Best-In-Class execution award for launching Sonicare and introducing premium oral care solutions to major retail channels.

From 2015 to 2018, Francisco served as a Business Development Manager at Philips, leading Sonicare's geographical expansion to Latin America and driving sales growth from $0.5M to $10M in three years.

In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sonicare and Zoom Whitening, where they further strengthened the whitening global business position and implemented marketing campaigns in the US, UK, and Australia.

In 2021, Francisco joined Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, focused on accelerating T-Detect brand awareness through direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns. Francisco collaborated with a team to achieve $4.5M in T-Detect test sales within the first year.

Most recently, Francisco joined GRAIL in 2022 as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Patient Marketing.

Francisco Gaete's education history includes an exchange program at Unitec | Te Pūkenga, where they focused on business. Francisco also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Universidad Mayor, with a specialization in Business & Economics. Additionally, they completed high school at Saint Gaspar College, earning a high school diploma.
