Jess Ralyn has an extensive work experience spanning over several roles and industries.

From 2021 onwards, Jess has been working at GRAIL as a Director, holding roles in Certifications and Partnerships, as well as Quality Systems.

Prior to GRAIL, Jess worked at Hillrom from 2020 to 2021 as Director of Quality. Jess began their career at NeoClone in 2005, working in R&D performing QC assays, maintaining tissue and cell cultures, and managing a murine colony. They also worked as a Lead Science Instructor at Lakeside School from 1999 to 2007, teaching various science courses and implementing enhanced learning programs.
