Kelly Conklin

Kelly Conklin has a strong background in medical affairs and stakeholder engagement. Kelly started their career at Hologic in 2005 as a Diagnostic Sales Specialist, where they managed annual quotas and developed business plans. Kelly later became a District Perinatal Specialist, focusing on strategic planning and sales strategy development. In 2012, they joined Natera as a Regional Business Director and then as a Manager of Medical Education and Advocacy. During their time at Natera, they managed a team of clinical field specialists and worked with various healthcare professionals. In 2016, they joined Hologic again as a Manager of Thought Leader Engagement in Global Medical Affairs. Kelly recently moved to GRAIL, Inc. as an Associate Director in their Medical Affairs department, where they focus on thought leader liaison and multi-stakeholder education.

Kelly Conklin attended San Jose State University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. In November 2019, they also received a certification in "Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations" from LinkedIn.
