Marina Gever

Marina Gever has extensive work experience in training and development roles within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Marina is currently the Commercial Training Director at GRAIL since 2022. Prior to this, they served as President at Blue Lake Creative, Inc from October 2021 to July 2022. Marina also worked at BridgeBio as the Sr. Director of Training from December 2020 to September 2021, and as the Director of Training from July 2019 to December 2020. Before joining BridgeBio, they were the Associate Director of Commercial Training & Development at Pharmacyclics, an AbbVie Company, from August 2017 to February 2019.

Marina's earlier experience includes roles at Genentech, where they served as the Senior Product Manager for the Esbriet Franchise Operations from August 2016 to July 2017, and as a Clinical Trainer for the Respiratory Franchise from 2014 to 2016, and the Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Drug Franchise from 2013 to 2014. Marina was also a Sales Training Manager & Product Marketing professional at BD Biosciences from July 2007 to March 2013, and an Instructor & Course Developer for Customer Education at BD Biosciences from 2000 to 2007.

Marina Gever completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from The Ohio State University from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
