Synda Mahan

Synda Mahan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Legal Research Intern at Advocacy Forum, where they focused on promoting access to justice for victims of torture and disappearance. In 2010, they became an Executive Assistant to the Accounting Controller at MIT, providing support to four executives and editing the Annual Report. Synda also worked as a Development Coordinator at Pathfinder International, managing grants and drafting proposals. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Pro Bono Attorney at Kids in Need of Defense, representing unaccompanied minors in asylum cases. In 2012, they became an AmeriCorps Ambassador of Mentoring at Cambridge Family & Children's Service, increasing bilingual mentors for children in need and establishing partnerships. Synda then joined Aegerion Pharmaceuticals in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for Veeva Vault QualityDocs system administration and compliance. Synda continued to grow in the company and became a Quality Consultant/Veeva Vault QualityDocs System Administrator at Solid Biosciences in 2018. In 2019, they joined Veeva Systems as a Managed Services Consultant. Currently, they work as a Senior Veeva Quality Vault Administrator at GRAIL, starting in 2023.

Synda Mahan pursued their education in a chronological manner. Synda first attended Emerson College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Speech with a concentration in Advertising and Marketing Communication. Following this, they enrolled at New England Law | Boston from 2006 to 2009, completing their Juris Doctor degree in Law. In addition to their formal education, Synda has obtained several certifications in various areas, such as customer service management, assertiveness, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, attention control, and anxiety management, all through online courses on LinkedIn. It is unknown if Synda has obtained any further degrees or education beyond their initial qualifications at this time.
